Systemic Change in Math and Science—Lessons Learned
After 4 years, Edvantia’s Coalfield Rural Systemic Initiative (CRSI) has lessons to share about growing teacher leaders to improve math and science instruction in rural areas. This National Science Foundation project works with 18 counties in Virginia and West Virginia, and CRSI schools and districts have been making good progress.
