More Clients Are Choosing Edvantia
Education leaders from across the nation put our staff to work in many settings last year. For example, we conducted Instruction and Learning Appraisals in one West Virginia district. Our evaluators began multiyear evaluations of the Teaching American History project in Spotsylvania, Virginia; the Mississippi REACH Program; and the Tennessee Value Plus Schools. We won a 3-year award to provide teacher training and revise training modules through the Discovery Learning STEM Fusion Study. Our Edvantia Calibrate team, working with CTB/McGraw-Hill, developed extended standards and achievement descriptors for the state of Wisconsin.

We Offer Online Professional Development for Highly Effective Educators
In 2007 we presented seven webcasts and webinars, and all are available for free viewing. Topics include teacher equity, leadership in rural math and science education, data-based decision making, education program evaluation, and more. Our online learning environment, ePD at Edvantia, delivered more than 5,000 classes to about 3,000 Tennessee users. More than 120 principals and teacher leaders took ePD courses through the Alabama Leadership Academy. And in Georgia, we began registering 3,000 users in the fall.
