Anita Deck, the director of WV Parent Connections at Edvantia, will present a session titled "Empowering Parents" on September 23 at a conference titled 21st Century Leaders and the IDEA: The Changing Roles of Special Education Directors. State special education staff will also learn about reporting requirements, transition issues, and much more.
